At your initial consultation with Schwartz Orthodontics, you’ll meet our friendly team, tour the office, and discuss your lifestyle and treatment goals.
Check in with our staff when you arrive—often, we’re ready to get started earlier than expected!
During your initial call with us, we’ll gather some basic information and send you an email with a link to complete your digital intake form.
To save time, please fill out this form in advance. If it’s not completed beforehand, no worries! Just plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill it out at the office.
When it’s time to begin, we’ll show you around the office and guide you to your consultation room.
You’ll meet our team, tour the office, and get a glimpse into the world of orthodontics.
Your orthodontist will then join you for a warm introduction and conduct your initial exam. If you’re ready for treatment, they’ll walk you through your personalized treatment options.
If you’re ready to begin treatment, we’re happy to offer a same-day start.
After your exam, our Treatment Coordinator will go over all financial details, including insurance benefits and payment options.
If you choose to move forward, we’ll take any necessary orthodontic records or x-rays (if needed) and get started right away. At your next appointment, we’ll place your braces!
